I am writing this review here because I have no other way to reach customer support. My order (CA66362), placed and fully paid on November 26, has still not been shipped, and I have received no response to my emails. As of today, I have no information on where our winter jacket is or if it will be sent at all. I would really appreciate someone from Reima Canada contacting me regarding this issue.
