Great quality product. It was absurd how long it took me to receive the product, well over a month just for it to ship out. I inquired, they finally told me a shipping date & then it didn’t even ship out until a few days after the date I was told. Other than that I am very satisfied with the product itself.

A+ on the quality. Product arrived many weeks later than expected in the wrong finish. Had 3 conversations wondering why it’s taking so long and then I received a message they had so many orders to be patient as they wanted to give quality work. That they did but Wasn’t the Stainless Steel finish. Frustrated I didn’t want to wait another several plus weeks as this was for a client and they were not happy in the end .

Product is very nice! No colored fasteners were included had to make. Lead time is horrible - the 4-6 weeks should be bold and at top of page

The Scroll Vent Grill is beautiful and perfect for my heating ducts, however the registers are nearly impossible to operate conveniently and efficiently. To open and close them a screwdriver must be used according to their instructions. I found this impossible so I have to remove them from the floor and manipulate them entirely by hand. Keep in mind that there is a strip of foam surrounding the register that must be reapplied before reinstalling them. Also, the grill comes predrilled for screws (not included) if you want the cast-iron grill secured to the floor, so this must be removed and reapplied each time you need to adjust the register. In all fairness to Reggio Registers, I am a 72-yr old woman with severe arthritic hands. Maybe a younger person or a man would have no difficulty operating these registers. I hope this review helps someone else who is considering these for their project.
