We love the custom registers that we ordered for a project. They are of high quality and look great in the home! Our only issue was the lead time. We were told 4 weeks for production, and it was closer to 8 for the registers we ordered. Reggio did ultimately expedite the order and overnight them to us, which I am thankful for. I would advise leaving plenty of time in your schedule to order these!

Great product, needs an option for shorter screws.

Support has been great but I wish the manufacturing process was better

Only disappointed in appearance of finish - expected more of an oil-brushed look like my other grills.
