Came as described, great fit.

I ordered vent covers probably 10 years ago and spray painted them with Rustoleum to match the travertine floor. They've held up well, with some having the adjustment louver. I recently received three Oil Rubbed Bronze aluminum ones for a kitchen remodel. They took longer than expected (seems like about a month or more) but they are just as hoped. Of course the kitchen remodel is also taking a bit longer (slow cabinet bits) so no problem on timing!

Very helpful costumer service, product shipped on date giving

Easy to order the correct size, and is shipped out quickly.

Appreciated the communication around custom manufacturing lead time, and thoughtful packaging to ensure it wasn't damaged in shipping.
