This vent is absolutely gorgeous, well built and feels heavy duty. It matches perfectly with our newly renovated kitchen and floors and I am really pleased with it. The only drawback is that it took a while to receive even though it was not a custom order so be aware if you are on a timeline. See, I ordered the vent 6/5 and on 7/20 I received an email saying my order was preparing for shipment and on 7/28 I received it. Customer service was extremely prompt and courteous when I inquired about a status update.

Just like my floor grilles, my new wall registers are carefully crafted and provide the finishing touch to my rooms. When I called for advice on ordering paintable aluminum registers to match my white walls, the consultant steered me in the right direction for a perfect result. I only wish I had known about Reggio years ago!
