Not happy with product

We had the electric opener, with the push buttons, it lasted for about a year before the screw bent, then had to be discarded. The fully automatic one lasted one bottle open before it chewed up the cork. Don't buy these, too expensive for the job they do.

Cannot reach customer service to get a replacement part

I did not receive the spiral I ordered. I sent a follow up email describing this situation and was ensured that my spiral was being resent and still have not received my purchase
