Not sure if the feedback I typed was submitted through the form in your email made it to you - it was wonky when I clicked 'Submit your review' button. So here it is:
Right before my order arrived, my Rabbit opener locked up. It was one of the best that I had in that it lasted more than one year (I've bought roughly 5 of your openers in the past 4-5 yrs). I then went to Bed, Bath & Beyond and bought a new one. It is not good - gears don't move easily, need to exert a lot of pressure to open a bottle of wine, has partially opened about 20% of the bottles I've opened in the last month. Bought a replacement from Sur La Table on Monday this week and it works much better. Oh, and it cost less than the Rabbit I recently bought. Haven't even opened the box you shipped with the spirals I ordered. Do they work in the Sur La Table opener?
