The ordering and shipping was good . But we almost lost the rubber , maybe ours is defective

The new spiral works well. However, there is what seems to be a plastic guide inside the Rabbit Vertical that keeps the spiral straight. That piece seems like the hole has gotten much bigger which causes the spiral to not always go into the cork straight which makes it harder to get out.

There was a shipping error but it was quickly resolved.
