Rabbit Wine

I ordered The Vertical Rabbit Corkscrew, and received an incorrect item a few days afterwards. I called customer service. They applogized and told me to keep the incorrect item, and they would re-send the item I ordered. They did. I received it in a couple of days. Anyone can screw-up, but they made it right, quickly. What more could you ask for?
