Prestige Cosmetics

I ordered these pencils thinking they were going to be the same as they were 10 years ago. Couldn't find them anywhere in my area so i googled Prestige pencils and was exited their was still a website to order from and were still a good price. Don't know what they did but these are not the same high quality pencils as in the past. Will not be ordering again.

I requested assistance to return the totally dry Payday green and no one has contacted me to assist. Very disappointed.
