U need to get the Nude lip liner in stock. What is taking so long?????

It took about two months to get one simple order of eyebrow pencils due to snafus in fulfillment at the company. Your communication wasn't great, but your customer service responded promptly which I appreciated. I ordered 10 pencils, I got 6 correct ones and three incorrect ones that I cannot use plus a lipliner ??? which came out of the blue. There is something going on in your warehouse that is not good!

Two out of five. . . Two of the products I ordered were not as advertised. The eyeliner, and the eye palette of three. :(

I wasn't able to get the color I like/use. BLACK. Every other color but black
