From start to finish the whole solar process was an outstanding experience. Our salesman Mike put together a perfect blueprint of what type of configuration we needed on our roof. The install team I wouldn’t be able to come up with enough words to to explain the professionalism and outstanding quality of work they displayed. Engineer Nick is very easy to talk too and was able too answer every question that I had in a manner I could understand. We really appreciate this whole experience with SunPower by Precis. I don’t generally write reviews but working with Précis was exceptionally easy and every team member was responsive , well trained and thorough. I would recommend them at the drop of a hat. I don’t believe you can find a more qualified and competent installer. As for SunPower, I have been trying to resolve an app connectivity issue since the install was completed. SunPower has been unresponsive, over a month later. Which has been disappointing.
