This bread is fine served plain, but even better when topped with artichoke dip, tapenade, fig chutney or cubed for fondue. They disappear from table. Two finest ingredients- simplicity and integrity.

Purchased multiple times. What a delicious, natural, dense and healthy alternative to any “other” kind of bread. This will be a staple on my list of nutritious foods. I am very excited to share this with friends. There are so many ways to serve it. Rocco Rocks!!!!!!

This is what I eat every morning for breakfast. Two slices toasted nice and brown. It’s so delicious and satisfying and holds me over until lunch. This breakfast starts me off with great energy and it continues throughout the day. I’m already on my third loaf. Highly recommend.
