Shipping was on time, even a day early. Great customer service too! We will continue to buy Point3 gear for years to come!!

Would have given 5 stars had the product not taken more than 3 weeks to arrive, partly a USPS problem too so not all Point 3.

It took a couple of weeks to ship, which is longer than expected. But the packaging was done well.

I have tried contacting customer for 4 weeks and haven't received a response to the error on my purchase.
