I initially ordered my sweatshirt for my 11 year old grandson in a small. I realized it would not be big enough for him to wear for very long so I contacted customer service for an exchange. They exchanged it with no problem and at the price point that I had initially purchased it. I had used a discount code on my initial order. That ease of exchange gave me the confidence to order additional clothing from the site knowing that they had excellent customer service.
