Shipping and service were excellent!

What I purchased and what arrived was too bad. We set it all up in the yard, pumped up the football and when we went to play the board was already coming unglued and warping. I contacted the company and received a refund within two days. I’m still Not certain what I’m to do with the set. I emailed asking if it should Be sent back but never received a response. Glad they were quick to refund and didn’t question it. Disappointed in what we received but customer service was great.

The game is great but the shin shots can be brutal. The delay from original review to actual arrival of the extra ball was over 2 months. Also the first ball started losing air after only one day of use. Now we play with an air pump on hand.
