The item numbers did not pull up as they had the previous time. I had a difficult time eith billing address as it kept asking for street and we have PO Box then didn't get my shipping address in and confirmation was weird email.

My order number is 100081816 I have rrquested this order to be cancelled or edited. The minute i placed the order i sent you a message thru the website online message service requesting this order to be held. I wanted to edit it. After calling the next morning i was told that it was gonna be possible to pull it off. Advised to call back the next day. But before i could call i received an email saying my order has been shipped. Why did this happen?? i have been refunded for the cambro only. i have not been refunded for the extra shipping charge. let me remind you of whta happened. i placed my order in the middle of the night.right after i placed it i realized i forgot to remove the cambro. so i sent an online message through your website requesting my order to be put on hold. But when i called in the morning i was told that it was already late. Even though i respect how quickly you process your orders i think its necessary to process your messages as quick. So after adding the cambro to my order the shipping charge went up $11 i think. I request that to be refund to me as well.
