Overall good. I struggled a little trying to change the quantity, but eventually got it.

Shopping was a breeze. So happy to see that you carry what used to be on the shelves in stores. My only negative thought was when I needed to go back and change my shipping address my information was lost. This could have been my fault but otherwise I'm happy to know your site exist.

I was disappointed with the cost of shipping. Great price on the product expensive shipping. Maybe you could do better with UPS versus Fedex ground. I also was unsure if the lids I ordered matched the cups I ordered until I went to Huhtamaki's website and cross referenced. A clearer declaration of this product goes with this product might help less tech savy customers

After 2 failed deliveries I received the product that was acceptable (with minimal leakage/damage). The customer service agents that I dealt with were very helpful in resolving the issues

The only problem I have its your shipping is very pricey.
