The salmon is just outstanding. . . so tasty, tender, perfectly prepared and seasoned. I eat it right out of the can. Sometimes I "add" something, such as a touch of sriracha (I love "heat") or even a dab of horseradish, but the salmon totally goes with everything. On my "pescatarian diet," it functions as one complete serving of protein for a meal. . . nice!
