Great business but product is let down

Package wasn't sealed properly, It had a one inch slit

The delivery was in a timely manner, and we received the order as placed. I am concerned that the chicken was delivered in a cooler box with no dry ice. Had my wife not been home, the chicken would have spoiled by the time that I got home. The chicken had already started to thaw before noon in this Texas heat. I'm not 100% sure if I will re-order due to this issue. Regards, Mark

The chicken was good, the problem was the packaging. Out of 7 bags, 4 of them were torn open. There was raw chicken juice all over the inside of the box and not sure we should be eating open packages.
