poor packing

The shipment was received but only part of my order was included. I never received the 4 whole roasted chickens.

Only gave me 10% discount when this isn’t the first time and I didn’t feel safe feeding it to my children so I had to throw away. Very disappointed after being a customer for years and turning friends into the company. I feel that a replacement for the damaged and unsafe product would have been the least the company would have done.

Poor customer service. Waited for over an hour and nobody responded. Left a message and nobody got back to me.
