Last month, I did receive the wrong order (first time that has happened since I started buying from Pasturebird 2-3 years ago). Their communication is great and they fixed the problem immediately. Great customer service has been great. Chicken always arrives frozen and I live in the hot Southwest. We love having access to such healthy, clean and tasty food.
