I think this is a fantastic concept, hats off to all of you!! Was so excited to get our order, my daughter has met you guys personally, always trying to support a great concept like this, but the birds are just too small. Heartbreaking, would love to support you guys, but just not enough bird for the money. . . . Maybe get a bigger breed?? Not sure. . . . . but will always put a great word out for you guys <3

Took a long time ( 3 weeks from order) to receive.

Hi - we loved the chicken. And we managed to stretch it across several meals - sandwiches, pot pie, roast bird, etc. It does cost quite a bit, though. We understand why. Raising chickens in such a thoughtful manner is more expensive. We get it. Question: we live in Southern California, if we drove down to pick up the chicken in person could we 1) skip the shipping costs and 2) if we bought several whole birds, get a discount?

My drumsticks were delicious. I got quite a few packages because that was the only option. There were no longer any more whole chickens available when I ordered. Also, out of the 10 packages of 5 drumsticks, 3 Packages only had four drumsticks each. They all seemed to be the same size so I’m not sure what that was about.
