OXO replaced my failed chopper right away. It arrived by FedEx in just a few days. I use it every day so I was very pleased to have this taken care of so quickly.

We have used an OXO Salad Spinner for decades and really love it. The kids especially have a great time helping us prepare the salad fixings. We recently upgraded to the Steel Salad Spinner and love it as well. It is nice to use the steel bowl for serving the salad after using the spinner, instead of looking for another serving bowl.
