This is my second year buying accessories from OtterBox Business. Just purchased an iphone 15 pro and an iphone 15 pro max. I purchased a case, glass protector and charging unit for each phone. All accessories are top quality and I would highly recommend them. With Business discount pricing, I found OtterBox to be less expensive than either Apple or 3rd party brands. I had a problem with the 15 pro max case and wrote to customer service - first time I have needed to do so. They answered the same day, solved the problem the same day and have shipped me a replacement case. Very impressive! I highly recommend this company and their products. You will be pleased with the available selection, the quality and resulting purchase. In the rare case you need customer service, you will not find better support, response time and solution. Very durable

I was complaining that I could not purchase a Commuter series with MagSafe for my new iPhone 14 pro max. I was told it was only beta and will not be available. I have use otter box for years. I purchased a defender series since it has MagSafe. I returned when it would not work with the glass protector I already applied. I saw that I would have to purchase special glass from otterbox. I purchased a tech21 instead. The operator sent me a defender and the necessary glass as a courtesy. I may or may not use it.
