There is always room fore improvement so I have only given you 4 stars but on the whole not to bad. but kept the pressure on Australia Post those as that is the part that will let you down.

Great quality backpack, but disappointed that the photos on website it showed as a dark blue and this one definitely has no blue in it at all. I went online to compare prices as I didn’t want black or brown and your website came up with the dark blue, I was so happy, now I have an almost black one it seems, label did say midnight. I understand colours in leather can vary but by this much? Disappointed as I could have just bought a black one for a lot less 😔 photo was taken in bright sunlight.

The brown (Cognac) coin purse has a "oil" spot on the front of it, neither are of similar more substantial leather as was my original Pierre Cardin coin purse. Somewhat Underwhelmed

Whilst I like the style of my new bag, I have found one or two places where the bag has not been well made. The shoulder strap hasn't been sealed properly and there is exposed leather at each corner of the bag. I hope it wears well over time but I'm not sure it will.

The bag I ordered and received is really lovely, unfortunately it’s too large for my small frame. The colour green is perfect, I was hoping it would be a small cross body bag to use when I travel.
