US Store Experience

Great service!

The staff was very friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Not your usual stuck up (I’m too sexy for my shirt) NYC staff.

I was so excited to see the store in palm beach, I absolutely love your sales associate there- communication is clear- you all had my sizes and had every thing in stock which was a major bonus. The store is attractive, happy and neat! Can’t wait to go back :)

The man and woman sales people seemed uninterested in greeting us or helping us. We ended up buying a few things despite the poor unenthusiastic service. (The store only had one other customer in there as well.)
