I've been struggling with a random bout of perioral dermatitis for an entire year that popped up when I was 29, and NOTHING worked except oral doxycycline and a daily regimen of antibiotic creams. I even tried staying away from home for a week and switching my shower head. I don't know what magic is in this cleanser, but I'm never buying anything else again.
