Shipping was faster then I expected which was nice and the delivery was set up easy and in a good time window. This product did not disappoint I will order more equipment from norditrac this is my 3rd machine and always a good experience.

Shipping service was great. Coordinated with me and also assembled the equipment properly.

Easy to use website

The X24 bike and ifit courses are great. The bike resistance and inclination functions really make it feel like you are on the trail with the trainer. My only bad experience was with the company in my region (Ottawa Canada) who delivered the bike. I paid for the white glove service (they would deliver the bike in the room in my house and assemble it). They did deliver it to the room but they had never assembled an X24 bike. It was the first time they saw the instructions and were stumbling to figure out how to do it. I had to show them a YouTube video on how to do it and they follow those instructions with my help) I informed ifit and they did give me back a partial refund on the white glove cost I paid (that was good on there part) so no complaint on the customer service.

Does the job just fine. Great menus and settings for the treadmill. The only minor issue I have is that it makes a strange humming/buzzing noise when asleep. I have to fully shut it down to get rid of it.
