I ordered 2 of the white smocks 3 years ago. They have held up great . I just ordered 4 more (2 black/ 2 white) I’m absolutely loving the black, I love how stretchy the fabric is, I have broad shoulders and a wide back and I never feel restricted. I love how the sides are slit so that you can sit and not feel strangled in your waist and hips. The short sleeves are another selling point for those of us with hot flashes, who can’t wear long sleeves for the rest of their lives. This smock also looks very classy and professional with the pleating on the chest area. Zippers have never failed me, and the pockets are perfect for my occupation holding my battery for my loupes. Thanks for selling such a great product!!

The shipping was free and it came quickly after I placed the order. I didn’t return anything so don’t know how easy that would be. But all in all service was great.
