When it arrived and I found out it was raw materials - hard chunks of cocoa butter I started to return the product. I decided to read through the ND site on how others used this product. Because I also use other finished butters I decided to melt the cocoa butter as recommended and incorporate into one of the butters. The finished product is totally UNBELIEVABLY perfect. I will continue to use this product and others of course.
