expédition prend du temps

New Directions Aromatics offers a great selection, but sometimes it’s not easy to find exactly what I’m looking for. With so many similar essential and fragrance oils, choosing the right one can be tricky. Also, having no direct phone contact makes it harder to get quick assistance. Still, the variety and quality make it a good place to shop!

Bonne experience.

Good service. It was shipped UPS, I prefer Canada Post. Arrived 6 days past estimated delivery date, because you had shown my box number as my address. UPS doesn't deliver to box numbers. I advised UPS of my physical address and they dropped it off.

I paid $39 for FedEx ground shipping. I received my package on time (six days). The website was easy to navigate. This company has a wider variety of essential oils to choose from compared to other essential oil companies. Good experience overall.
