We ran into an issue with our courier, who did not deliver our order due to weather conditions - apparently. When we contacted customer service at NDA, they told us it was being returned to them, and they would send it back out with another courier. We literally received our oder the very next morning via a different courier!! Thanks so much NDA for your continued excellent service!! We have been buying ingredients here for over 20 years and will continue to do so!

I have made a few orders since finding NDA a few months ago. I have loved everything so far. Even the website is great. It is easy to use. Has good info… and oh man the packaging for delivery is the best. My sister makes fun of the way i over seal everything. Well, I’ve learned a trick or two from NDA. I’m looking at you electrical tape around caps. Oh yeah, sandalwood, it smells heavenly. The rosehip and carrot oils are top quality with no strange undertones. The geranium is a spicy/sweet one. This one is really nice. I’ve had some that burn your nose when you smell them. This geranium is a powerhouse but not offensive. I also have to mention I am in the Vermont, USA and shipping cost and times are better coming to me from Canada than from inside the US. I’m just so happy i found you 🥰
