As long term customer with plenty of satisfactory and some outright tasty purchases, I recently experienced re-fermentation fizz in one bottle from each of 2 cases of same brand Shiraz. Lachie was a champion in listening to my problem, guiding me through the return process, which really impressed me. Lachie followed up on my alternate replacements and was a pleasure to deal with. They promote and drink Pinot Noir! Can't help bad taste. I am a strong follower of Len Evans and his Theory of Capacity. 1. There is an awful lot of wine in the world, but there is also a lot of awful wine. Sad to say this is true. Three months in Europe and the UK found only the occasional interesting bottle. So I drank Calvados in Normandy, Whisky in Scotland and Islay, beer in England and Whiskey in Ireland. Just returned from a tasting in the Hunter, for me it's very hard to go past Vat 1 and 9, Lovedale and Maurie O'Shea.
