In my dealings with My Wine Guy I have always had hassle free transactions and the wine purchased has always lived up to descriptions given. I was once particularly impressed when a box of 6 premium wines arrived at my house and two bottles were broken and the labels on other bottles were stained. My purchase money was quickly refunded and I was even allowed to keep the wine. Great service.

I have been impressed with the wine offers that have come forward, and the wines have not ever disappointed - the information provided with the offer has been spot on.
