The principle benefit of buying from people like My Wine Guy is not price (though they're usually extremely competitive on specials) but the fact you know you're talking to people who know and love wine, who've tasted the wines you're discussing and whose recommendations are based on sensible and informed judgement. I wish I could afford to sample a wider range of the gems they offer, because their selections are invariably fascinating and tempting. They certainly gain access to some great wines that are difficult to find anywhere else. Strongly recommended. - tk
