Products are excellent. Packaging was lacking. The envelope split and an entire box of cartridges were missing. Otherwise very satisfied.

One of things I got didn’t work

I really like the product but there seems to be issues with the quality and descriptions. The newest battery I received does not work with the cartriges I purchased.

I have always been very satisfied with the cartridges til now. Out of 3 packs 2 cartridges were unusable. When I reorder I will ask for 3 more to replace the bad ones-which I am sure can happen when mass production happens.

I had written on my order that last time I received some cartridges where the threaded part was shorter than some of my other cartridges. But I never received a reply. Plus this order a chose the 24 mg cartridges but in at least 2 of these boxes the cartridge tastes like the KC blend I don’t like.
