Works great just wish it wasn't so darn long

I have always considered this a five star company but the last few months the deliveries are getting much slower and slower. Hence the 4 star rating instead of 5.

Love the menthol cartridges, seem a little expensive though. I ordered a battery and paid $14 once shipping was added. :-(

.

While the site is easy to use and the products ship promptly, I am a little disappointed by the lack of variety in options for levels of nicotine (the only levels available in any of the flavors that I use were 16mg & 24mg - in the past I have been able to purchase 8mg and 12 mg levels).
