I have been very happy with your company. The service is unsurpassed.I was disappointed in the strength of flavor in the menthol. A representative said they would send me a free pack of the 36mg cartridges to try but I have not received them yet, I hope I will like them as I want this company to be the one I use. My husband also uses the e cigarettes and will order his from here also when I can find out if I can find a strength of menthol I like. I realize the taste will not be the exact match for the ones I have used previously but it was the strength I was disappointed in not the taste,
