I am loving the cheeses I've received the past two months. They are well packaged with ice packs and filler, and arrive in a very timely manner. My daughter-in-love and son's family thoughtfully gifted me three months of your cheeses. My youngest son and I have enjoyed sampling hard, soft and medium hardness cheeses from Italy and France, both goat & cow's milk derived. The information sheet describing each cheese is informative and very interesting. Thank you!
