This arrived just 2 days after we ordered it packaged in ice packs perfectly.

As a repeat customer, I was looking for specific items; Meredith Dairy Marinated Feta and Murray's Cave Aged Original Stockinghall Cheddar. Both were easy to locate through the search function. The product descriptions and high-quality images gave me full confidence in what I was purchasing. ​Shipping and customer service was great. The shipping was impressive. Even with the mid-December rush, the package arrived on December 23, exactly as promised. The items were expertly packed to ensure they stayed at the proper temperature. As for the quality, both cheeses were outstanding. The Stockinghall Cheddar had that perfect, complex cave-aged profile, and the Marinated Feta was as fresh and flavorful as ever. Everything arrived in peak condition, making for a perfect holiday treat.

My brother sent me a package of Murray’s cheese for Christmas to Texas. He addressed it to my home and I realized I would be out of town so I contacted Fed Ex and arranged delivery at their local store. The package arrived at my home anyway, and I was able to speak to the delivery person via my ring doorbell. She said I needed to sign for the package so she couldn’t just leave it. I could have had my next-door neighbor except it in that instance instead she delivered it to the local FedEx center, and it was maintained without refrigeration for five days by the time I picked it up four of the six cheeses were rotten. I contacted Murray’s and they said they would send me a replacement. I’m still waiting for that. I’m not sure why you all ship via FedEx if they don’t have refrigeration on the trucks or at the stores.
