Very flavorful and perfectly packaged. Keeps well in the fridge. Easy to use in pasta or with bread.

No problem. . . . cheeses came in ice pack so was kept refrigerated.

Everything was good and packed well.

1/1/26 - a mild creamy white cheese enrobed in tender flavorful rosemary needles. Delicious! A change from the harder cheeses I find rolled in rosemary.
