I made and order on the 17th June which was meant to arrive within a week- 3 weeks later no parcel has arrived yet! I emailed Moroccan oil over a week ago now about this and have had no response- when tracking via their delivery service it said that my ‘parcel journey is not available now’. I emailed the delivery company also a week ago and had no response either! Very disappointed with the service as I made a big order as I love the products- but very terrible communication and no order has arrived! This experience has really put me off ordering through them again- I was trying to not use other websites to get their products but after this it will probably be easier to! Not to mention having my inbox spammed with automatic emails from them- including this one about a review - so here it is! Will be submitting a refund request through my bank if they do not reply or my parcel arrives within the next 7 days. Very disappointing!
