Worst experience ever. I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone at mopar for over a month by all possible ways of contact on you website. Why don’t you have a phone number people can call??? My order is completely wrong. Wrong color and wrong quantity. I just want my money back!!! You have lost a costumer for life.

Product doesn't fit - and leaks badly - and I can't get Mopar Original Parts to return my messages about a replacement.

The picture does not match the product that I received. The description of the product was lacking the detail of how many points are on nuts. I needed a six point. The picture is of a six point. No description saying it wasn't a six point. I received a five point. For $75 I fully expect to receive what is pictured. I have owned Mopar vehicles for several years and expect a much higher caliber of product and customer support than what I experienced here. Very disappointing.
