Initially, my order was short shipped, but after a quick discussion with cs (Kevin), the missing item showed up 2 days later. All product was in new condition and ready to be used.

I have always received my product quick with no problems. I had 1 return in the years that i have been ordering and that was a bit of an ordeal. it took a call and several emails to get that RMA. I have returned the product 2 weeks ago but i have not received the credit yet.

Product came on time but an eighth of the ink roll gets wasted due to braking, quality of ink ribbon isn't good.
