Love these new products from Manicurist. Bought a variety and some as a gift.

I placed an order for a few items, they were delivered to an inpost locker but when I opened the package a bottle of nail polish had broken and the entire contents spilled over all the other contents meaning everything was stuck to the information leaflet. I immediately corrected the customer service team who arranged for my order to be replaced and they kindly added a serum by way of apology. This time delivery was via Royal Mail so received more quickly and intact thankfully.

I ordered a set of nail varnishes as a Christmas gift. The item arrived quickly and securely packaged.

I think it’s great - my favourite manicure is a Bio sculpture BIAB but that typically sets me back about £65 (bar removal fee) so wanted a DIY nontoxic alternative. Was actually very impressed by longevity (10 days on my nails with the red in photo) and the removal process is just a joy. If you don’t really like bare nails, you can follow up with the treatment ones that still make your nails look good and shiny (2nd pic is my bare nails with 2 coats of Active Glow Blueberry and 1 coat of Active Shine). The prettiest shimmer pink even better when you know it does your nails some good.

Excellent products, great communication; there was an issue with one of the nail varnishes purchased, and the team addressed it swiftly and with the greatest generosity, at the busiest time. Love the products, really happy :)
