EUV headlamp showed out of stock on their website but other US dealers showed stock. I wanted to keep it local as there was a core charge. Called; asked for web sales person who said their normal warehouse was out but others had it. He changed availability on site immediately and I ordered. It arrived 2 days earlier than promised. Saved a lot of money. Core return was flawless. 100%
