Ordering was fine and my order was confirmed however I have not gotten any update not have I received my order

I have purchased a few years and due to lack of access to certain items we like I decide to try purchasing again. I was pleasantly surprise of the service and products. I have also shared the site with family members and they have already made purchases on their own. I will certainly purchase again. I hope that shipment can occur a bit quicker although I am planning on it when i submit the order.
