Need help, not your fault, I just got busy

I am sorry it just wasn’t for me.

Response I got due to broken product was that it probably froze during shipping. Packaging was inadequate for shipping glass as well

Never received order. Received an email from courier indicating order was cancelled without an explanation. No refund has been issued and I can’t seem to reach Lyres to discuss. Beyond frustrated. Someone please reach out to me!!!
