I never received my items

I would like my money back because I bought this product and it was supposed to be here August 30th and never shown up! I’m highly upset! Never ordering from here again.

It's been over a month, where's my order? Y'all are really slacking on the whole "delivered in 7-10 days" bit.

One of the worst companies I've had the misfortune of dealing with. It took nearly a week for them to actually ship my order. A shipping label was created, but it just sat in their warehouse for a week. When I tried to contact them to inquire about what the delay was, they never responded. Then the package was completely lost for another week. Apparently, shipping a bottle of lube is some Herculean task for this company. I would have canceled or refunded my order a while ago if it wasn't for the fact that no one would even respond. I would give this company and product a 0 if I could.
