One bottle arrived leaking, the can was dented

The product never arrived-ordered in plenty of time for my event -after many calls to ask where it was -throughout the week (which was a substantial amount) and spoke to many people at the depo-they still didn’t manage to deliver. I had to organise very last minute-which put a lot of extra stress into the planning Someone even waited in and wasted two full days as the delivery company said they needed a signature. I was told I was going to be reimbursed but still haven’t received anything 3wks later!!! Not good

Received 8 of the glasses broken, no reply from the company or compensation.

I wanted to send back not replay to my email

Experience was awful. Order took over a month. All emails were returned undeliverable, no communication, no customer services. I seriously thought I’d been subject to a fake website. Obviously I hadn’t as my order did turn up in the end. But over a month - not good service.
